We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Performance and Culture Business Partner to join our Global Performance and Culture Team. This pivotal role will actively contribute to planning and implementing people-related processes in the Americas (North America and LATAM). As a member of the Americas Performance and Culture team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to align business objectives with our organizational culture and strategic direction.
- Key responsibilities this person will performing:
- Collaborate with the P&C team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
- Provide timely feedback and information to managers and P&C Team inquiries across a variety of topics, including benefits, compensation, performance calibration and organizational development.
- Collaborate with Regional P&C team and Legal team to maintain, develop and implement policies and procedures as needed.
- Collaborate and develop relationships with key stakeholders including, but not limited to, Chief People Officer, Global Performance and Culture team, Finance team and assigned business units to help foster innovation, collaboration, and teamwork to achieve key business objectives.
- Manage performance improvement planning and process with people leaders within assigned business unit.
- Manage performance management processes, ensuring alignment with Energy Exemplar’s Values and Global P&C team approach.
- Collect, analyze, and utilize quality data to inform decision making and make recommendations to drive continuous improvement within the region / assigned business unit.
- Participate in the continual development of Global P&C programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement.
- Conduct exit interviews with employees leaving the business to collect information and report on themes and any recommendations to the Global P&C team.
- Partner with key stakeholders in assigned business unit to understand goals and develop / implement strategies that align and support their achievement.
- Collaborate with people managers to design and implement retention and promotion strategies for assigned business unit.
- Work with assigned business unit to proactively identify issues and coach employees and people managers through them.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
Knowledge, skills, requirements and qualifications candidates need to be successful in this role:
- Strong ability to partner, collaborate and proactively communicate with internal clients, leadership and peers.
- Work autonomously to take initiative, organize, plan, and prioritize tasks and projects.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in all methods of communication (email, presentation, documentation, etc.) Well organized with an attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse and utilize HR metrics and date to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Leading conversations and persuading others to act based on requirements.
- Flexible work schedule with ability to occasionally work outside of normal business hours to coordinate with other global regions as needed.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience overseeing Immigration partnership with external attorneys and new and active employees
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or other closely related field.
- 5+ years of experience of Human Resources in a fast-paced environment.
Desired but not required
- Experience in SaaS / software or product technology industry is required
- Experience working with globally dispersed peer group / team
- Experience reporting to a Manager in a different location
